Lee Ji En
CEO
Ji En was a litigator before leaving practice to build Chambers Lab. He believes that, with intelligent use of technology and global human resources, the practice of law can be effective and enjoyable at the same time. Prior to this, Ji En was an associate at a global law firm in Singapore. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution (both civil and criminal matters) and competition law. Ji En has been actively involved in the legal tech and legal innovation space for the past 7 years. He was the founding Deputy Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Legal Innovation and Technology Association (ALITA) and the Chapter Organiser of Legal Hackers Singapore.
Adeline Chin YF
COO
Adeline Chin is a Knowledge Management (“KM”) professional specialising in the legal profession and a legal technology evangelist. She came from a diverse professional background of sales & product management as well as event hosting & organisation before joining the legal industry in the field of knowledge management. During her decade-worth experience in legal KM, Adeline has designed and implemented information databases and processes to aid better knowledge flow within law firms and to expand the law firms’ web of affiliations. She has also managed almost 100 innovative knowledge projects including revamping the business development structure for law firms, designed and deployed a structured student attachment programme tailored to complement traditional classroom learning with the necessary exposure and practical skills required by prospective legal professionals in the real world, and structuring a merger between KM and law firm CSR.
